Opportunity for Leadership Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students. It has three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer.
Applications are sought for a suitably qualified and experienced Secondary Teacher to join our Maths team at the Howard Springs Middle/Senior campus on a permanent, full-time basis. For a suitable candidate, there is also an opportunity to lead the growth of our Maths team and curriculum, and contribute to leadership more broadly. Our Secondary Teachers are committed and contribute to the shaping of curriculum, pedagogy and pathways that enable students to fulfil their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching and a deep understanding of Maths, as a curriculum area. It is ideal if you love the curriculum area that you will teach. Willingness and experience teaching in other subjects is favourable but not required in this position.
