The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Accountant who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in establishing and managing our new Sunshine Coast office, contributing directly to the growth and success of our business.

This role will suit an ambitious accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking for a long-term career path that can lead to profit share and future ownership opportunities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing client relationships from start to finish across a diverse portfolio of businesses, not-for-profits, and SMSFs.

Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS statements.

Providing advisory and value-added accounting services to help clients achieve their goals.

Overseeing workflows and supporting junior team members as the office grows.

Working collaboratively with our other offices and contributing to future east coast expansion.

About You
You’re an experienced accountant who’s ready to step up and take ownership of your role. You’re proactive, motivated, and passionate about helping clients succeed.

You’ll Bring:

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in public practice accounting.

A degree in Accounting or a related field.

CPA, CA, or IPA qualification (or working towards).

Strong working knowledge of Xero (our core system), plus familiarity with MYOB and QuickBooks.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help drive business success.
