IP Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced loader operator with subdivision experience to work with one of our civil construction clients. This work will see you working on a large residential subdivision and will require you to do roads, house pads and foot paths. To be considered for this role applicants will need to be able to and willing to complete the below.

Perform precise bulk & final trim work on subdivision sites.

Work alongside other operators and ground staff to meet project deadlines.

Operate loaders and related heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with project supervisors to ensure the work site meets all specifications and regulations.

Be able and willing to get off the machine and help on the ground.

As well as being capable of the above you will need to meet the following criteria to be successful in this role.

Proven experience operating loaders for final trim works in subdivision or civil construction projects.

Ability to use attachments, forks & or jib

Strong understanding of earthworks, grading, and site prep.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Hold a current driver’s licence

Hold a nationally accredited loader ticket

Have a blue/white card
