The opportunity

123 McKinney's Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced MR Truck Driver to join our team in Ripley, Queensland. As a fulltime role, this position is integral to the efficient delivery of goods and services across our extensive operations.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating MR class vehicles to transport goods and materials to various locations

Adhering to all road rules and safety regulations to ensure the wellbeing of yourself and others

Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any issues

Maintaining accurate delivery records and documentation

Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to inquiries

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our logistics operations

Delivering and installing white goods, appliances and other house hold items

What we're looking for

A current MR class driver's licence with a clean driving record

Demonstrated experience in a commercial driving role, preferably in the transport and logistics industry

Minimum 1 year experience in multi-drop delivery operations with MR vehicles

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate various driving conditions

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

A commitment to safety and a willingness to contribute to a positive team environment

Knowledge on installation of appliances is a plus but not necessary

Current White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Permanent right to work in Australia with valid documentation

Willingness to undergo and pass National Police Check
