What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the frontline connection between our clients, carriers, and internal teams. Your day-to-day will include:

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, Salesforce, and Live Chat

- Understanding client needs and delivering tailored freight solutions

- Clearly explaining freight services, pricing, and available options

- Collaborating with carriers and internal departments to resolve issues quickly

- Tracking and updating customers on critical shipments

- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and MachShip (Transportation Management

System)

- Building and maintaining strong, positive customer relationships

- Managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Ensuring urgent inquiries and updates are handled swiftly with carriers

What You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or transport

- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal

- A customer-first mindset with the ability to problem-solve under pressure

- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and Hubspot and/or TMS platforms such as MachShip (a bonus)

- The ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a team environment
