THE ROLE

Working as part of a close-knit Business Services team, your responsibilities will include:

Preparation of financial statements, tax returns and BAS for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals

Assisting with tax planning, business structuring and advisory projects

Specialist tax research across Small Business CGT Concession

Supporting senior accountants and managers with client files and queries

Regular client contact including face-to-face meetings

Contributing to a positive and professional team culture

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you will:

Have a minimum of 12 years in an Australian public practice accounting firm

Be working towards or completed your CA or CPA

Have a genuine interest in complex tax issues

Exposure to SMSF's desirable but not essential

Be a proactive team player with a willingness to learn and grow
