🧹 About the Role:

As a Domestic Assistant, you'll support clients in their homes by providing essential services that help them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

🛠 What You'll Be Doing:

Household cleaning e.g. dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens but not limited too..

Laundry and linen change

Attention to detail in all you do

Organising household items and maintaining cleanliness

Supporting independence through practical, everyday tasks

Maintaining professional boundaries while providing friendly, respectful service

Reliable, consistent, and strong under pressure

Upbeat, positive energy that lifts others up

Respectful, trustworthy, and professional at all times

Physically fit and capable of manual tasks

Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle

Willing to complete (or already has) NDIS Worker Screening Check

Strong time management – you know how to stick to a schedule

Quiet confidence – you work well independently without needing supervision

Commitment to doing things the right way – with consistency and care

Good communication skills, especially around boundaries and expectations

Physically capable of light to moderate household tasks

Willing to work under an ABN, if you dont have we can show how to get one for free.
