The Role:

Repairing damaged vehicle body panels and frames using specialist tools and techniques

Removing damaged panels and welding or bolting replacement parts into place

Filling, sanding, and preparing surfaces for painting

Realigning vehicle frames and body components to manufacturer specifications

Inspecting vehicles to assess the extent of structural or cosmetic damage

Working within a team environment to ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction

Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts used

Preferred Requirements:

3+ years’ experience as a qualified panel beater in an automotive repair workshop

Proven experience in repairing, straightening, and replacing body panels and components

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Current driver’s license

Excellent communication skills and a safety-conscious mindset
