Salary Range: $41.88 – $57.94/hour (ECT scale, depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our Service at Busy Bees Banksia Grove. This role is ideal for an experienced ECT with more than 1 year of experience, who is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare children for their transition to school.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a program aligned with the VEYLDF and EYLF

Creating engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning environments for preschool children

Documenting and assessing children’s learning and development

Building strong, collaborative partnerships with families, children, and colleagues

Supporting the centre team to ensure high-quality outcomes in line with the NQF and VECTEA standards

What You’ll Need

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Current VIT Registration (provisional or full)

At least 1+ year experience AND Registered in WA

Strong knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQF

WWCC ( working with Children Check ) for WA

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
