Registered & Enrolled Nurses – Geelong

We’re seeking dedicated RNs and ENs to provide high-quality clinical and personal care for participants with disabilities, complex health needs, and chronic conditions. Your role will include assessments, medication administration, wound care, health monitoring, and supporting daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide community-based nursing services, including wound care, continence care, catheter management, diabetes management, and medication administration.

Complete clinical assessments and documentation in line with NDIS, TAC, and My Aged Care standards.

Monitor client health and report changes or risks to the care coordination team.

Develop and implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and allied health professionals.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all care complies with professional and regulatory standards.

Participate in case conferences and contribute to improving care outcomes.

About You

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).

Proven experience in community, aged care, or disability nursing.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously.

Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering person-centred care.

Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
