Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with precision.

Utilise barista skills to assist in the preparation and serving of high-quality espresso-based beverages.

Assist in coordinating wait staff duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Keep the coffee station and equipment clean, organised, and well-maintained.

Contribute to creating a positive and energetic atmosphere for both customers and team members.

Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience as wait staff with barista responsibilities in a fast-paced café environment.

A strong passion for providing excellent customer experiences.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations.

Availability to work flexible hours (5am-2pm)

Australian Driver's Licence
