We’re looking for a flexible, motivated Workshop Carpenter to join our expanding tiny home manufacturing business.

This is a hands-on workshop role that goes beyond the tools — you’ll be fabricating, fitting out, assisting across different build stages, and helping with pickups and deliveries using our truck and trailer.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carry out workshop-based carpentry and construction, including framing, fit-outs, cabinetry, and finishing.

Interpret and work from technical drawings and build specifications.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.

Assist with pickups, deliveries, and transporting materials or completed units using a truck that tows trailers.

Work collaboratively with a small team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or equivalent).

Solid hands-on experience in carpentry, modular construction, or fit-out work.

Driver – confident towing trailers (experience highly regarded).

Forklift license - desirable.

Strong practical problem-solving skills and a flexible, can-do attitude.

Ability to multitask and adapt as priorities shift in a small team environment.

Reliable, safety-focused, and proud of producing quality work.
