We are looking for a passionate and seasoned professional to work in our growing practice in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. We have a great team that works together to provide the best customer service and a supportive environment. We follow the Momentum Practice Management program, and all the team members participate in the Momentum learning program.

There is regular training, and the team works closely with the dentist and tries to accommodate their unique style and needs.

The ideal candidate should have a drive towards excellence and should work closely with the Principal Dentist on providing the clinic's patients with excellent patient care. They should have the ability to do comprehensive treatment planning and have a keen interest in growing their patient base and clinical skills. They should be willing to take constructive feedback to grow in the role and discuss and share cases with the other dentists on the team.

The opportunity is full-time, including Saturdays, and has come about as we have our dentist going on maternity leave. However, we have enough patient base to make a long-term commitment. Our ideal candidate is a people person. He or she is the kind of personality that patients will trust and has a warm and welcoming attitude. We are looking for a long-term working relationship.

We use Dental4 Windows and have an on-site intra-oral scanner, OPG and Ceph.

Key Requirements:

AHPRA registration

Ability to work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, alternate Fridays and Saturday.

Interested in growing their skills and working efficiently to achieve the clinic's goals over the long term.

Needs to be available for training session with the clinical team for one hour a month on Wednesdays 7 pm. Follow the Momentum Practice Management philosophy to help achieve our goals with training for case acceptance and comprehensive treatment planning.
