Rise N Shine Window Cleaning is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Window & Exterior Cleaning Professional to join our team on a subcontracting basis. Work with both residential and commercial clients across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality window, gutter, solar panel, and exterior cleaning services. You’ll be working independently or with a team, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning windows, gutters, solar panels, and external surfaces
• Assessing job sites for hazards and following OH&S procedures
• Delivering excellent customer service and communication
• Maintaining high standards and representing our brand professionally
• Identifying ways to improve workflow and service delivery

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous experience in window, gutter, or exterior cleaning (residential or commercial)
✅ Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
✅ Great attitude – reliable, self-motivated, and hardworking
✅ Friendly, professional communication skills
✅ Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
✅ Ability to work safely and follow health and safety guidelines

Police Check and Working at Heights certificate a bonus (not essential right away)
