High Reach Forklift Driver & Pick Packer - Erskine Park

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced High Reach Forklift Driver & Pick Packer to join our team at our Erskine Park facility. This is a hands-on role with approximately 80% pick packing and 20% forklift operation, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and values accuracy and safety.

Key Details:

Location: Erskine Park, NSW

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm (ongoing)

Pay Rate: $35.11 per hour + Super

Police Check Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a high reach forklift to transport archive boxes within the warehouse
• Retrieve and store records using high-bay racking systems
• Conduct pre-operational safety checks and follow all warehouse protocols
• Accurately pick and pack archive boxes to fulfill customer orders
• Perform manual lifting and general warehouse labour
• Ensure correct handling and relocation of stored records
• Maintain orderly placement and retrieval of archive boxes
• Support general warehouse operations and cleanliness

About You:

• Valid LF forklift license with high reach experience
• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
