About this opportunity:

Our Biloela store in Central Queensland is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and lead the store's bakery department.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

Fresh food retail knowledge

Bakery experience is preferred, but not essential

Ability to lead and manage a team

Ability to order and control costs

Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

Unparalleled commitment to customer service

Excellent communication skills

Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams

Commitment to work health and safety standard

Current Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
