About the role

We are seeking a part-time Kitchen Assistant to join our team at our Campbelltown, NSW location. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chocolatier/Patissier in the kitchen, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our chocolate manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the preparation and assembly of hand made chocolate products and confections

Maintaing a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and work areas

Operating kitchen equipment and machinery safely and effectively

Receiving , unpacking and storing ingredients and supplies

Following recipes and production procedures to ensure consistent product quality

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a pastry or chocolate kitchen

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and kitchen operations

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
