This role supports the Quality team in maintaining high standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. You will assist with quality systems, batch record reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across company’s pharmaceutical operations. This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise while contributing to the delivery of safe, effective medicines across Australia and New Zealand.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Support implementation and maintenance of quality systems, including document control and record keeping

Assist with in-process quality checks and batch record reviews to ensure GMP compliance

Help with product release processes and preparation of quality reports

Support change control, deviations, non-conformances, and CAPA tracking

Assist with audit preparation and participation, responding to findings as required

Support supplier and vendor qualification and monitoring processes

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality process enhancements

Assist with GMP training programs for staff

Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to address quality-related issues

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field

Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments desirable

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements (TGA, Medsafe, GMP, ICH, PIC/S)
