As Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager in the overall responsibility for the smooth running of consignment and the store experience. You lead with purpose, coaching and developing the team to grow and perform at their best, driving store performance and ensuring a trusted resale service for every seller and shopper.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and developing a high-performing team through coaching, feedback and clear expectations.

Overseeing consignment operations end-to-end, from selection and pricing for an efficient, trusted resale service.

Creating a welcoming, organised and safe store environment that reflects the Goodbyes values.

Turning insights into action, analysing results and making decisions that drive growth.

Retail Level: 4 | Penalty Rates: Weekends & public holidays | Leave: As per Fair Work Act, with 17.5% leave loading
