We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and open-minded Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy connecting with people, have great communication skills, and can talk comfortably (and professionally) about adult products — we’d love to hear from you!

We are a long established family business that has recently changed hands to the younger generation. As such, we are looking for new energy that can be brought to the table. About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers in a warm, respectful, and professional manner

Providing product knowledge and helping customers find what suits their needs

Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness

Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately

Upholding confidentiality and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for everyone

About You

You don’t need experience in the adult industry — just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is confident, approachable, and mature when discussing adult topics

Is able to work unsupervised and handle theft confrontation if required

Someone who can sell stuff! People will walk in the door with an itch they would like to be scratched, it will be your job to match them with a product that will scratch it for them

Sex positive, non judgemental, and openminded!

Has previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not essential)

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
