A leading energy efficiency company is seeking a qualified and experienced SAA Accredited Solar PV & Battery Supervisor to join their team in the western suburbs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about renewable energy and delivering high-quality solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installations of Solar PV, battery, and other electrical systems.
  
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  
• Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  
• Deliver small-scale projects independently.
  
• Support operations with field audits and administrative tasks.
  
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and meet project deadlines.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• SAA Accreditation for Grid-connected PV and Battery System Design & Installation.
  
• Valid Driver Licence and White Card.
  
• VU23631 Work Safely on Roofs with Renewable Energy Systems.
  
• Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  
• Proven experience in Solar PV and Battery Installations.
  
• Strong understanding of safety codes and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, CRM).
  
• Positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised.
