Key Responsibilities:

• Managing exceptional day or overnight care and support for residents
• Provide comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments
• Engage in nursing practices that enhance the resident's independence
• Ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards
  
• Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Carers
• Participate in quality improvements initiatives
  

​The Successful Candidate:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Experience in aged care working in a residential setting
• Current National Police Clearance and NDIS Clearance
• Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
• Must have Australian working rights
