We’re looking for a skilled Content Manager to bring our content strategy to life across social media and our website.
You’ll be responsible for executing the existing strategy, ensuring all content is produced to a high standard, aligns with brand guidelines, and performs across channels.

This role blends creative direction and coordination with hands-on involvement — including appearing on camera for product demos, sale events, and social content.

What You’ll Do

Execute the company’s existing content strategy and posting plan across all channels.

Manage the end-to-end production process — from concept planning to content delivery.

Work closely with an external creative team (videographers, editors, designers) to brief, review, and approve all content.

Collaborate with UGC creators, ensuring all externally produced content meets brand and quality standards.

Manage the content creation budget, allocating resources effectively across projects.

Be in front of the camera as needed for brand storytelling, social videos, and promotional content.

Maintain an organised content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assets.

Report on performance metrics and provide insights to optimise future content.

Experienced in social media or content production, with a strong eye for brand consistency.

Confident and natural on camera — authentic, engaging, and professional.

Strong project management and creative coordination skills.

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Organised, proactive, and able to deliver against deadlines.

Experience in the fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle industries.

Familiarity with UGC production, influencer partnerships, or content shoots.
