About the role

La Belle' is seeking experienced Senior Hairdressers to join our talented team in Labrador, Queensland. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding hair styling services to our valued clients. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, supportive salon environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional hair cutting, colouring and styling services to clients

Advising clients on the latest hair trends and techniques to achieve their desired look

Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon

Training and mentoring junior stylists to develop their skills and expertise

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon through excellent customer service and teamwork

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified hairdresser, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality hair services

Strong technical skills in hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients

A creative flair and passion for the latest hair trends and styles

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with other stylists
