We are seeking a professional and customer service focused Claims Consultant/Administrator to provide a superior level of assistance to their team and stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Receiving claim notifications and service enquiries
• Documenting all claims in accordance with internal policies
• Managing a portfolio of assigned claims
• Applying claims policies and procedures
• Providing a high level of customer services to all stakeholders
• Processing claims submissions, including accurate data entry
• Performing quality checks
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess:

• 1-2+ years' experience in an insurance (life or general insurance) and/or financial services environment as a Claims Consultant
• Experience working within an Insurer and/or Broking operation
• Ability to build and develop business relationships with client/s
• Excellent problem-solving skills including an ability to resolve conflicting information
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word/ Excel)
• Strong level of interpersonal skills
• Commitment to quality and accuracy
