About the role

Sustain Resource Management Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Telco Labourer with a Heavy Combination (HC) Licence to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position responsible for performing a range of physical labour tasks in support of our telecommunications infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunication cables, equipment and infrastructure

Operating heavy machinery and equipment such as excavators and trucks with HC licence

Performing physical labour tasks including digging, lifting, carrying and assembling components

Complying with all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Collaborating with other team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard

What we're looking for

Previous Telco Labouring experience is an advantage

Hold a current Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence for a minimum of 1 year. This is a mandatory requirement.

Prepared to work away on a flexible roster ranging up to 20 days away at a time.

Must hold a white card

Proven experience operating heavy machinery and equipment

Strong physical fitness and ability to perform demanding manual tasks

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Must possess Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
