We're now hiring a Trainer & Assessor to lead face-to-face training at our campus in Cannington, with remote flexibility for admin and assessment tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver engaging, hands-on training in Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and Diploma of Remedial Massage

Mentor students through theory, clinic-based practicals, and assessment activities

Support real-world readiness with supervision in student clinics

Ensure compliance with ASQA and RTO standards

Contribute to curriculum improvements via validation and moderation sessions

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Diploma of Remedial Massage (or higher)

Recent practical experience as a massage therapist

Current industry association membership (e.g. ATMS, MMA, ANTA)

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) — or currently completing

HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid

Demonstrated adult learning knowledge and communication excellence

Evidence of recent industry PD or education-focused upskilling
