Join the Ocean Eco Adventures Team – 2026 Ningaloo Reef Season
Location: Exmouth, WA
Season Commences: March 2026 (one guide starting December 2025)

Ocean Eco Adventures is a family-run marine tourism business based in Exmouth, offering premium eco tours departing from Exmouth and Coral Bay. We are seeking multiple motivated and professional crew members to join our team for the 2026 season(one guide starting December 2025).

Experienced Skippers

· Minimum Master under 24m and MED II

· Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability

· Excellent boat handling and safety management

· Valid driver's licence

· Australian work rights are required for this position

Highly regarded: Previous whale shark or marine tourism experience, local Ningaloo knowledge, LR bus licence, accommodation in Exmouth

Snorkel Guides / Deckhands

· Rescue Diver certification (or Bronze Medallion)

· Senior First Aid & Oxygen Provider qualifications

· Valid driver's licence

· LR bus licence (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

· Confident swimmer, physically fit, and comfortable working on the ocean

Highly regarded: Whale shark/marine tourism experience, local Ningaloo knowledge, Coxswain qualification, accommodation in Exmouth

· Australian work rights are required for this position
