We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Coordinator to help lead/support the daily operations of our lively and vibrant Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program at St William’s Catholic School in Keperra
About the Service:
- OSHC service licensed for 195 children
- Permanent Full time/Part time role
- Dedicated 8 Non-Contact hours every week
- Monday to Friday, with split shifts
- Dynamic and passionate team
- Convenient location, Close to Translink
- Close to local school and shops

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the OSHC service, ensuring a safe and smooth-running environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging, educational programs tailored to children’s interests and needs.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and school staff.
- Collaborate and support your team to foster a welcoming, inclusive service culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma in Children's Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
