Our client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to support the daily operations and ongoing development of our early learning service. You will work alongside an experienced Centre Director and a dedicated, stable team committed to delivering high-quality, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF.

Pay & Benefits:

• $45 - $50 per hour (dependent on qualifications) + super
• Shared rotating roster

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support educators in planning, documentation, and reflective practice
• Drive quality improvement initiatives (QIP), compliance, risk management, and WHS
• Supporting in the program development within your room
• Plan and implement educational programs that build foundational literacy, numeracy, and social skills to prepare children for school.
• Build meaningful partnerships with families to support each child’s individual learning journey and development.
• Foster a collaborative, team-focused environment by mentoring and supporting fellow educators.
• Foster strong partnerships with families through clear, positive communication
• Collaborate with the Centre Director to support strategic goals and service growth

Candidate Requirements:

• Confident in supporting operational duties, educator development, and regulatory compliance
• Commitment to delivering high-quality education and nurturing a positive team culture
• Current Working With Children Check and First Aid certifications (CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis)
