Founded in 1981, Martin Engineering is a family owned Bunbury business built on precision, quality, and trust. We specialise in machining, fabrication, and on site line boring for clients across WA's mining, forestry, and heavy sectors.

What you'll be Doing

Fabricate and weld heavy mobile and fixed plant components.

Carry out bore welding, line boring, and machining preparation.

Undertake on site repairs using portable machining and welding equipment.

Work safely and efficiently, solo or with a small team.

Maintain accurate job and time records.

Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of trades.

Take ownership of quality. Our clients trust us because we get it right the first time.

Travel regularly for DIDO project work, including overnight stays away from home.

Occasional night shifts may be required to meet client or shutdown schedules.

Qualifications & Experience

Trade Qualification in Heavy Fabrication (Boilermaking)

Current Welding Certificate

Minimum 2 Years Post Trade Experience

Willingness to travel across WA on occasion

Experience in field machining or line boring - Highly Desirable

Manual Drivers License - MR/ HR Highly Desirable

High Risk Work License - Desirable

White Card - Desirable

The suitable candidate will be required to undergo a Pre-employment medical, Drug and Alcohol test, and obtain a National Police Clearance.
