A boutique Occupational Therapy practice providing mobile and occasional telehealth services to children and families. The team collaborates closely with parents/carers, educators and other health professionals to deliver holistic, strengths-based, family-centred care.

What’s on Offer
- Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + superannuation + external PD allowance
- Work style: Full-time, mobile + work from home; fully remote admin/reporting
- Caseload: Active waitlist with referrals tailored to you | See no more than 5 clients per day
- Travel: Less than 30 minutes in a radius from your home
- Support: Weekly/fortnightly supervision to suit your needs; approachable leadership; peer support
- Culture: Positive, inclusive, and not micromanaged; regular team Zoom catch-ups and social events
Your Day-to-Day
- Provide high-quality paediatric OT services for 0–17 years across homes, schools and day-care (with occasional telehealth)
- Complete assessments, continue existing programs and design new, goal-oriented plans
- Use a family-centred, strengths-based approach to build capacity and progress outcomes
- Collaborate with carers, educators and allied health to coordinate care
- Maintain timely documentation, case notes, reports and client communication
- Referrals based around Sydney to fit your location - travel no further than 30 minutes from home!

About You
- Occupational Therapist with 2+ years’ experience
- Full Australian working rights
- Drivers license and vehicle
- AHPRA registration
