What you'll be doing

Assisting registered nurses with a range of patient care duties, including personal care, medication administration, and monitoring patient health

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure the best possible care

Adhering to all relevant healthcare policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Providing a friendly and empathetic presence to patients during their healthcare journey

What we're looking for

A Certificate III in Aged Care/ disability or completed 2 placements

Experience working as an Assistant in Nursing or similar healthcare role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care

Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient well-being

The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations
