We're currently seeking experienced Crane Supervisors to join our client's operations in the Pilbara for our FIFO shutdown circuit. This position plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all lifting operations, while leading and supporting a high-performing crane crew.

About the Role

As the Crane Supervisor, you'll be responsible for day-to-day coordination of crane operations, ensuring all lifting activities are carried out safely and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with operators, riggers, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a supervisor in the mobile crane industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Experience scheduling and coordinating crane operations, with a focus on safety and service
• Sound knowledge of mining operations and the resources sector
• Minimum 5 years' experience in crane/rigging operations

Essential Requirements

• High Risk Licence - Open Crane (CO), Advanced Rigging (RA)
• Valid HR class driver's licence (or higher)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening (DAS)
• National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)
• Section 26 authorisation
• Full Australian working rights
• Strong knowledge of WA Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise crane operators and riggers, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
• Conduct daily pre-starts and manage work schedules efficiently
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and operations teams to coordinate lifting activities
• Oversee crane maintenance, inspections, and equipment readiness
• Maintain required stock levels for crew and project support
• Ensure accurate reporting of incidents, accidents, and near misses
• Provide hands-on support with crane operation and rigging when required
