Little Loftys is a new state of the art childcare centre that opened on 13 January 2025. We have a great team of educators and are looking for more Diploma and Certificate III childcare educators as our enrolments continue to grow. The centre is stunning and has a natural outdoor playground that creates a loving and nurturing environment.

Little Loftys is a family run boutique centre aiming for an Exceeding rating. Our current centre, Oatley Red Bear, is an Exceeding centre.

With the owner working in the centre, it is a collaborative working environment. We nurture and invest in our teams and provide a real family experience for our employees. We have an established management team that have worked together since 2004.

We are looking for experience team members with the following qualifications:

Diploma

Certificate III

Characteristics of the candidate

Is an excellent communicator, with highly developed written and verbal skills.

Positive leader who up holds our values at all times.

Proven willingness to learn and improve.

Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care

Drive for professional success.

Minimum of 1-2 year of experience working in early childhood settings

Current First Aid including CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma and Current Working with Children Check.

Full Time work commitment with flexibility of hours between 7.00am-6.00pm.

Supporting educators with providing high quality care and education

Commitment to early years learning and best practice

Have excellent knowledge of the NQF, ELYF and Programming

Work with a team of educators and inspire them to be exceptional by role modelling best practice, creating harmony, productivity and success.

Salary Package based on skills and expertise and above award rates offered

Worker Retention Payment of 10% above award available

Position is full-time, with a choice of 5 days per week and a monthly rostered day off (RDO) or longer hours 4 x days per week

Ultra fast internet and computers to make your admin quicker and easier.

Our hours of operation are 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. We are closed public holidays and we close for two weeks over Christmas.

Plenty of parking is available onsite or on street

Uniforms, including hats and jackets are included

3 minute walk to Loftus Railway station and shopping village.
