The Role

As a Remedial Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from tender award through to completion. You’ll oversee site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple remedial and facade upgrade projects across Sydney
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and project reporting
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and building managers
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Provide technical input and problem-solving on structural and waterproofing issues

About You

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in remedial, facade, or structural works
• Strong understanding of building pathology, waterproofing, and defect rectification
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to run projects independently
• Trade or construction management background highly regarded
