MR Driver / Groundsman – Arborist & Tree Removal Services (Central Coast)

We’re currently seeking a motivated and reliable MR Driver/Groundsman to join a busy Arborist and Tree Removal team on the Central Coast. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and wants a long-term role with a professional and supportive crew.

Pay Rate: $35 per hour + penalties
Location: Central Coast NSW

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for driving MR trucks to and from job sites, assisting the crew with ground operations, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on role — you’ll spend plenty of time outside the truck helping the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate MR trucks for daily transport of materials and equipment

Assist with tree removal, clean-up, and ground support tasks

Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision

Follow all WHS and site safety procedures

Support the team with loading/unloading branches and debris

Requirements:

Current MR licence (essential)

Fit, healthy, and able to handle physical outdoor work

Must be reliable and punctual

Able to pass a drug and alcohol test

Willing to get out of the truck and work as part of the ground crew

Experience in tree services, landscaping, or similar physical work (advantageous but not essential)
