At Perry Swim, we’re looking for an experienced Swim School Supervisor to join our welcoming team in Oakleigh – just around the corner from Chaddy.

We’re a family-run swim school dedicated to delivering high-quality lessons in a caring, community-focused environment. Our classes cater to all ages and abilities, with a strong emphasis on safety, confidence, and fun.

About the Role

Working closely with our Owner and Swim School Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

This is a hands-on management role — you’ll be supporting instructors, maintaining our high teaching standards, and ensuring every family enjoys the Perry Swim experience we’re known for.

Your Day-to-Day

Lead and mentor our team of swim instructors

Maintain excellent teaching and customer service standards

Manage communication and feedback with families and staff

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and rostering

Conduct lessons, assessments, and provide coaching where needed

Oversee pool safety, compliance, and daily operations

Contribute to program improvements and innovation

About You

You’re an organised, approachable leader who genuinely loves swim education.
You bring energy, initiative, and a calm presence to the pool deck — and you thrive in a team that values professionalism, care, and fun.

You’ll need:

Minimum 3 years’ learn-to-swim teaching experience

AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety (or equivalent)

Teacher of Infant Aquatics qualification

Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check

Availability to work Sundays

Experience with iClass Pro is a plus (but not essential!)
