Work on a 24/7 rotating roster

Continuously prioritize tasks and troubleshoot issues with speed and precision

Build rapport and communicate effectively with our clients, nurses, and carers

Maintain a proactive approach to meeting KPIs and supporting agency needs

This is a fast-paced, high-intensity role that demands exceptional focus and resilience
