The P&C Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the human resources operations of a not-for-profit organisation. This position requires a HR professional with experience in in house recruitment and ideally full employee lifecycle administration.

This not-for-profit organisation has a headcount of 180 staff based in Rhodes, Sydney. The organisation prides itself on fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace culture. They offer highly competitive benefits listed below in addition to a 35 hour work week and hybrid working!

Description

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the human resources department, including drafting contracts and correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Contribute to workplace health and safety initiatives and compliance.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.

Profile

A successful P&C Coordinator should have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the human resources industry.
  • Experienced in end to end recruitment
  • Proficiency in HR systems, ELMO and TechnologyOne highly advantageous

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $81,000 to $104,000 AUD, based on experience.
  • 17% super contribution (5% can be taken as cash benefit)
