G&D Building Pty Ltd is a growing WA residential builder specialising in single-storey, double-storey, and townhouse developments. We are seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to work directly with the builder and developer on architectural drawings and CAD, council submissions, and project documentation. No client-facing work

Prepare and update architectural drawings and CAD

Assist with building permit documentation

Liaise with shires, Water Corp, and Western Power

Update plans to reflect design/engineering changes

Support project documentation and office tasks

Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent

Knowledge of WA residential building codes and council processes

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Residential drafting experience preferred
