About the Role

Ridgeline Recruitment are seeking experienced All Rounder and Excavator Operators to join a client that is emerging as a leading mining company in Western Australia. We currently have multiple full-time opportunities to work in the Mining, Resources & Energy industry, specifically in Mining Operations, on a 2:1 roster (Days/Nights), in the Kalgoorlie, Goldfields & Esperance region, FIFO ex Perth.

What we're looking for

All Rounders:

2+ years’ experience as an All Rounder Operator in a hard rock mining environment - this includes Graders, Loaders, Dozers & Excavators >120T

Must have the ability to be used as back up production excavator operator

Experience operating in a safety conscious work environment

Full Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence

Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one at short notice

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

A great attitude!

Excavator Operators:

2+years' experience as a primary production Excavator Operator in a hard rock mining environment

Experience operating Hitachi 1200 Excavators is a must and experience operating 1900 Excavators is ideal

Experience operating in a safety conscious work environment

Full Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence

Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one at short notice

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
