• Aged care & retirement living
• Mixed-use & commercial developments

Ideal Background

• Carpenter/Joiner Trade Qualification or similar industry relevant qualification
• 10+ years in commercial construction (WA experience highly regarded)
• Background with recognised Australian commercial builders
• Proven abilty as Snr Site Manager leading site teams and subcontrators on projects over $30m
• Strong safety record, and keen eye for quality
• Demonstrated effective communication with clients, key stakeholders, and consultants
