McArthur is currently working with one of Victoria's leading Aged Care NFP organisations delivering outstanding In-Home Care and Community Care.

We are looking for PCA's (Cert III) that can provide an exceptional level of care and support to elderly clients who wish to remain living independently in the community.

To be considered for these roles you MUST have or be willing to get the following:

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
• Victorian Drivers Licence & access to an insured vehicle (fully comprehensive)
• Current First Aid & CPR Training
• Clear police check - McArthur will pay for this
• Working with Children's Check - Employment
• 3 x COVID vaccinations and a 2025 flu vaccination
• Be available to work 5 days per week (Mon to Fri) and 6hrs per day between 8am-4pm
• Full rights to work in Australia
