Toowoomba North State School OSHC is seeking a second dedicated and organised Co-Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of our not-for-profit Outside School Hours Care service, run by the P&C.

You will:

• Lead a passionate team of educators, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community.

• Ensure the service operates in alignment with the National Quality Framework, P&C policies, and the values of our school community.

• Drive innovation in programming and practice, creating meaningful experiences that support children’s wellbeing, learning, and development.

• Be a key contributor to the strategic direction of the service, working closely with the P&C to ensure long-term sustainability and excellence.

What You’ll Need

• Diploma in Child’s Services or equivalent.

• Current Early Education and Care First Aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis.

• Cert III Child Protection or willing to obtain.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator Role.

• Strong working knowledge of NQF, MTOP, QIP and compliance requirements.

• Current Blue Card.

• Confident communication, leadership and organizational skills.

• Xplor experience helpful but not essential.
