Base Salary $107,000 + super + bonus

The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented payroll professional to support accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll delivery across a complex, multi-jurisdictional organisation.
This role involves ensuring smooth payroll operations, interpreting employment instruments, resolving queries, and contributing to process improvements. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
· Deliver accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation, ATO requirements, superannuation rules, and industrial instruments.
Maintain up-to-date payroll records, prepare and reconcile reports and journals, support audits, and ensure EOFY and STP reporting compliance.
Resolve payroll queries, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency, support system upgrades, and maintain clear documentation.
What you’ll bring
You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture.
Previous experience as a payroll professional, within a complex organisation.
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including Fair Work Act, NES, superannuation and taxation.
Experience with large ERP or payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Chris21, Workday).
High level of accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail.
