We're seeking reliable and hardworking Process Workers and Sorters to join our client who is a leading recycling and resource recovery facility based in Villawood.

About The Role

• Attend a daily toolbox meeting each morning
• Sort and process electrical goods such as TVs, microwaves, monitors, toasters, coffee machines, printers, UPS systems, speakers, and more
• Use hand tools (knives, cutters, screwdrivers, hammers) to remove parts and batteries
• Manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving bins, cages, and appliances
• Work across different site areas as needed
• Sort materials such as cables, batteries, CDs, and other components
• Follow all safety protocols and use PPE (mask, earmuffs, gloves, long sleeves)

About You

• Previous experience in warehousing, recycling, process work, or manufacturing preferred
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Team player with a strong work ethic

What's on Offer

• $34 per hour + OT
• Temp to Perm after 6 months for the right candidates
• Ongoing full-time hours, Monday to Friday
