As Southeast QLD's leading boutique allied health provider, we're seeking an experienced and passionate Senior PBS practitioner to step into a lead role, to develop and drive the growth of our Positive Behaviour Support services.

This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership. You'll help shape the program, mentor clinicians, and influence how PBS supports are delivered across our organisation.

What you'll be Doing

• Lead the development and delivery of our PBS program
• Provide clinical services while mentoring and supervising a growing team
• Build your team from the ground up - including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with leadership to shape service models and best practice
• Balance clinical and leadership responsibilities (approx. 50/50), with performance expectations flexibly aligned to caseload growth

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in PBS with Advanced level registration
• Proven leadership and supervision experience
• Strong understanding of the NDIS framework
• Relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC)
• Passion for leadership, program development, and team building
