What We’re Looking For: While prior experience in dental assisting is preferred, we are happy to provide training and support for the right candidate who is committed to developing their skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who sees dental assisting as a long-term career and is ready to put in the effort to grow within the profession.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional chair-side assistance to the dental team

Perform sterilization and general cleaning duties to maintain a safe, hygienic environment

Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding

Demonstrate great hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail

Exhibit strong work ethics and a positive, outgoing personality

Key Requirements:

A minimum of one year of dental assisting experience is preferred but not mandatory

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Availability for 4-5 days a week, including alternate Saturdays

Available to work between two practices Castle hill and Pennant hills when needed
