Data Migration Specialist | $900/day + super | Oracle Fusion Cloud | Strong ERP Migration Experience

Bluefin Resources is proud to partner with a prominent Federal Government department to recruit a Data Migration Specialist on a long-term contract with strong extension potential.

This role is central to uplifting enterprise systems on Oracle Fusion Cloud, improving data quality, integration and adoption across finance, procurement, HR and portfolio management - laying the foundation for a more scalable, connected and compliant data ecosystem.

The Role:

As the Data Migration Specialist, you’ll deliver end-to-end migration, testing and cutover activities, design and optimise integrations and embed controls and documentation that enable accurate, governed, high-quality data flows across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute data migration across multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud modules
• Build/optimise ingestion, transformation and automation pipelines
• Coordinate functional and integration testing; manage defects and remediation
• Align technical delivery with business processes and governance requirements
• Prepare user training materials; support adoption and hypercare
• Collaborate with ICT, business stakeholders and implementation partners

What You’ll Bring:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Procurement, ERP, PPM, HCM)
• Working knowledge of OIC, SFTP, REST APIs and Azure DevOps
• Proven background in enterprise data migration and testing
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain NV1 clearance

Contract Details:

• $900/day + super
• Initial 6 month contract (extensions highly likely)
• Start: November 2025
• Sydney based | Hybrid (50% in office)
